George Beverly Shea, gospel singer at Billy Graham’s crusades in NYC & elsewhere, February 1, 1909 – April 16, 2013

Video of Shea singing his signature hymn “How Great Thou Art” at the 1969 NYC Billy Graham Crusade. In the famous 1957 NYC Crusade he sang it 108 consecutive nights. It was probably the first time that Shea sang the song for a television broadcast.
